You shouldn’t be without our guide to the best restaurants: Hudson Valley edition. Part of the joy of spending time away from home is the opportunity to sample and explore new restaurants. The Hudson Valley has dozens of different types of cuisine.
Plan Your Day to Explore These Restaurants
First, we can help you plan your day based on your favorite activities: exploring history, hiking, or bargain hunting. Of course, you will start the day with our always-popular from scratch breakfast. Once fully satiated and caffeinated, you can seize the day in your chosen direction.
Even our hearty breakfasts won’t last the entire day, and when the hunger pangs take over, we want you to have several choices available. In fine weather, dining outdoors is always a superb option. Or maybe you want the perfect burger, a fantastic salad, or a sloppy taco. All of these, fine dining and everything in between are nearby.
We have separated our favorites by location so you can have a bite between adventures if you are checking out some of our unique small-town vibes.
If you are still deciding or the choices seem overwhelming, ask us! We live here and have sampled most of the local places. Likewise, if you make a discovery, come back and tell us all about it so we can share.
